Once this item is purchased, we will send you a package to ship us your ring for sizing service. Upon receipt, it will only take 3-7 business days for the repair to be complete and ship the ring back out to you. Tracking and insurance will be provided in both to us and from us. Please indicate to us with your payment the appx. value of the ring that will be coming in for service.
If upon repair, it is found that the incorrect listing was purchased or additional services are involved, the purchaser will be notified of the issue and may opt to repair the ring with a price quote for the repair, or receive the ring back and only pay for the shipping service.
