HASSLE FREE SERVICE - Re-Pronging service. The ring can have any number of stones, and be either 10-14 kt gold, or .925 sterling silver. Up to 4 prongs will be re-built and tipped with this service.
Select this item if you need a ring setting re-pronged for up to 4 prongs. Re-pronging a ring is nothing more than rebuilding the prongs on your ring so they're durable and secure again.
Normally you only hear about rings being re-pronged because rings are the one jewelry item that wears down the quickest and takes the most abuse. Typically, prongs that are bent or tips that have worn down too far.
Once this item is purchased, we will send you a package to ship us your ring for re-pronging service. Upon receipt, it will only take 3-7 business days for the repair to be complete and ship the ring back out to you. Tracking and insurance will be provided in both to us and from us. Please indicate to us with your payment the appx. value of the ring that will be coming in for service.
If upon repair, it is found that the incorrect listing was purchased or additional services are involved, the purchaser will be notified of the issue and may opt to repair the chain with a price quote for the repair, or receive the item back and only pay for the shipping service.
All jewelry and watch repair services are excluded from the free shipping promotion. The shipping charges include: Initial shipping package, shipping and insurance for the item to be shipped from the buyer, to us, and back to the buyer.
