Once received into our shop, an assessment of the item will be performed, and we will contact you with the listed price for the service. The original amount paid for this listing will be deducted from the assessed price for the repair.
Once this item is purchased, we will send you a package to ship us your item for general service. Upon receipt, it will only take 3-7 business days for the repair to be complete and ship the item back out to you. Tracking and insurance will be provided in both to us and from us. Please indicate to us with your payment the appx. value of the item that will be coming in for service.
If upon repair, it is found that the incorrect listing was purchased or additional services are involved, the purchaser will be notified of the issue and may opt to repair the item with a price quote for the repair, or receive the item back and only pay for the shipping service.
All jewelry and watch repair services are excluded from the free shipping promotion. The shipping charges include: Initial shipping package, shipping and insurance for the item to be shipped from the buyer, to us, and back to the buyer.
