Return Policy:
All items returned within 7 business days of receipt will be issued a full refund if they are not 100% satisfied with their purchase due to any reason. Returns made after this period will be charged a 20% Restocking fee. Items returned within the 7 Day time period will be offered a complete refund or credit towards an exchange for another item.
Guarantee:
All of our items are 100% covered by our Lifetime Guarantee against workmanship faults. If at any time after your purchase, your piece is in less than perfect condition due to a workmanship error, please contact us in order to receive a replacement free of charge (plus shipping and handling).
