JAMBS JEWELRY offers the following Returns Policy:

All of our high quality fashion jewelry carries a lifetime warranty. If at any time the item becomes broken, tarnished, or faded, please do not hesitate to contact us for a replacement. If we are unable to provide to you a replacement we will offer you instead a store credit for the original amount of the item.

All of our sterling silver and solid gold items carry a 30-day manufacturers defect warranty. If a manufacturing fault is discovered within this time period, please conact us for a replacement as soon as possible.

No cash refunds are given in store, any refunds approved are only issued in the form of store credit.
